°8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
°6 hard-boiled eggs, yolks removed and separated
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°Half a teaspoon pepper
°Half a teaspoon of paprika
°Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
°Half a teaspoon of white pepper
°2 celery stalks, cut into thin slices
°Half a cup of mayonnaise
°1 tablespoon of ketchup
°1 tablespoon of mustard
°1 small red onion, chopped
°1 tablespoon of white vinegar
°1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
°Green onions for garnish


The first step:
Cook pasta according to package instructions, rinse, cool, and set aside
Cut the boiled eggs in half and put the yolks in a separate bowl
The second step:
Chop egg whites and adding to pasta bowl
Add chopped onions and celery slices
Third step:
Mashed egg yolks with  fork
Add mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and mix well
The fourth step:
Add this sauce to the pasta bowl and mix it well
Garnish with green onions and serve
