°4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
°1 cup 1% fat milk
°1 1/2 cups grated light cheddar cheese
°1 cup of rusk
°Pepper to taste
 

*To prepare

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Add the milk, cheddar and bread crumbs to an individual bowl.

3. Cover the chicken breast with milk, then put it in the cheddar cheese, pressing on the cheese so that the cheese sticks well to the chicken. Finish by coating the breasts in the bread crumbs. Repeat with the other breasts.

4. Place the breasts on a lightly oiled baking sheet and season with pepper.

5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

6. Garnish with chopped parsley and mushroom sauce
