Ranchero steak with fries is one of those dishes that brings back all the memories. It reminds me of my grandmother's Sundays when she made this with her homemade tortillas, (food freedom!). It also reminds me of many meals at home with my dad and I can imagine Mamie roasting vegetables for the sauce. This recipe is very simple but full of flavor thanks to that sauce.
