Polish sausages, croquettes & potatoes



*Ingredients (one person):

°100 grams of polishing clay
°(marinated sauerkraut with plum and apple) garnished with bacon bits and grilled pancetta
°1 sausage with cumin seeds
°1 marjoram sausage
°1 potato

*To prepare:



In a frying pan we put a tablespoon of olive oil and cook the sausages. And reheat the sauerkraut.


Bake the potatoes. When everything is ready, put the sauerkraut on a plate with the sausage and potatoes.
