The sloppy Philly Cheese Steak dessert was born when I went to make our regular recipe recipe and some ingredients were missing. It's meaty, full of flavor and cheesy, all on a toasted brioche bun.

One day my mom was telling me that she was just using my confused recipe instead of her old one. It totally made me want to make it, so when I went to make it I realized they were running out of ingredients, so we made the Philly version and it's been selling out ever since!
