°One package of medium sized egg noodles, use one pkg. 12 oz.
°Four cups of shredded roast chicken.
°Canned condensed cream of chicken, used 2 cans of 10 oz.
°A cup. Of mayonnaise.
°A cup of whole milk.
°A medium onion, I thinly sliced it
°2 cups. Grated cheddar cheese.
°1½ cups. Frozen mixed vegetables.
°1 cup. Panko breadcrumbs.
°½ cup. Melted butter.

Step 1: I start by heating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and gently coat a 9-13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray to prevent it from sticking, and set it aside. 

Step 2: I boil the egg noodles following the instructions on package.

Step 3: Meanwhile, I mixed shredded chicken with condensed soup, mayonnaise, whole milk, onion, shredded cheese and frozen vegetables in a large mixing bowl until that they are well mixed. 

Step 4: After that, I gently folded the egg noodles and spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Step 5: Next, I sprinkled “Panko” breadcrumbs on top in an even layer, then drizzled with melted butter to finish.

Step 6: At this stage, I bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Allow 5 minutes rest before serving.
