Lately, I had a few apples in my fridge and the urge to turn them into pastry came to me.
My choice fell on an apple bread recipe. This recipe is easy to make and serves both as a snack and as an after-dinner dessert.
Its little sweet coulis, which can also be replaced by maple syrup, goes wonderfully with it. And what about the row of sweet apples in the center of this bread…Simply delicious!
