Sweet and sour baked chicken


+Chicken coating:
3-4 boneless chicken breasts
salt + pepper
1 cup cornstarch
2 scrambled eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
Sweet also sour sauce:
3/4 c sugar
4 tsp ketchup
1/2 c l white vinegar
1 t soy sauce
1 t garlic salt


Starting by preheating  oven 325 degrees. Rinsing chicken breast with water also cutting them to cube. Adding salt also pepper to taste. Dipping chicken in cornstarch to coat, then dip in the egg. Heat ¼ c oil in  frying pan & cookingchicken until brown but not fully cooked. Place the chicken in a greased 9×13 baking dish. Mixing all ingredients for  sweet and sour sauce in a bowl with a whisk, then pour evenly over the chicken. Bake for an hour and during the baking process you will need to turning chicken every 15 min.
