* Layer Cake with Cherry Cream Cheese Frost*




*Ingredients :

+ Crust:
°2 cups (500 mL) graham crackers
°1/2 c () melted butter
°1/4 c () sugar
+Trim :
°1 cup (250 mL) cream cheese, room temperature
°1 cup (250ml) whipping cream
°1 cup (250ml) powdered sugar
°1 can (540 mL) cherry pie filling

*Preparation :

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). For crust: Mixing cookie crumbs, butter and sugar together. Press into bottom of 11 x 7 pan. Placing in oven for 5-8 min. Refrigerate while wait. For the filling: With an electric mixer, beat the cream until it thickens and forms peaks. In another bowl, combine the cream cheese and the powdered sugar. Add the whipped cream. Mix. Pour over crust. Garnish with cherry filling. Spread with a spatula.
