°Chicken (I use boneless skinless thighs, but breasts would be fine)
°Drizzle with sour cream seasoned with garlic powder, salt a&nd pepper. Roll in crush Ritz crackers. Putting on baking sheet. Drizzle with butter. Bake 425 for 45 min.
°Edit- 16 oz sour cream, salt also pepper to taste, a very handful garlic powder (at least 1 tbsp), 4 smash golden rounds to 10 boneless skinless thighs, 1 stick butter
