* Ingredients : 

°4 c cooked rice.
°3 tsp butter.
°1 onion,.
°12 oz peas and carrots.
°½ c soy sauce.
°3 beat eggs.

* Methods : 

In  non-stick skillet, melting butter & sautée onion to tender.
Stirring in peas also carrots and heat through to thawed and tender.
Moving vegetables to one side of pan and scramble eggs on other side.
Time scrambled, mix the eggs also vegetables then stirring in soy sauce. 
Stir in rice to well mixed.
Easy, peasy also incredible! This rice is must guys! Vegetables go with it. I usually make this rice when I eat chicken. It fits perfectly.
