* Chicken Salad Casserole *


°three cups cooked, shredded or chopped chicken
°1 c cheddar cheese, grated
°1 cup potato chips, gently beaten
°1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
°1 cup celery, finely chopped
°1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
°1 tablespoon dry ranch mix
°half tablespoon lemon juice
°1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
°half teaspoon onion powder
°Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


Preheat oven 350ºF also grease a rectangular baking dish with butter
Place bird, cheese, celery and bacon in a large bowl.
In  bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, ranch mix, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce & onion powder, also season with salt / pepper.
Stir the mayonnaise mixture into the chicken till properly coated, then switch to a greased baking dish.
Top baking dish with beaten potato chips, then area in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or till combination is warm and bubbly and cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
