*Chicken Pot Pie*


*Ingredients:

°1 c potato, diced
°1 c onion, diced
°1 c celery, diced
°1 c carrots, diced
°1/3 c margarine
°1/2 c flour
°2 c of chicken broth
°1 c half and half
°1 tsp of salt
°1/4 tsp pepper
 ° 4 c chicken, cooked & chopped
°2 pie crusts 

* Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Browning onion, celery, carrots also potatoes in margarine for 11 min.
Adding flour to sautéed mix, stir well, cooking for one min, stir constantly. Mixing broth also half and half. Gradually stir into vegetable mixture.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Stirring in salt &; pepper; adding chicken also stir well.
Pour to shallow 2-quart casserole plate &; topping with pie crusts.
Baking for 30 to 40 min
