°3 boneless, chicken breasts, cooked & diced 
°2 pack (10 oz) frozen broccoli cuts, cook and drain 
°2 cans (10-3/4 oz) 98�t-free cream of chicken 
°¾ cup milk evaporated fat-free 
°1 tsp lemon juice 
°1 cup grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese 
°½ cup dry Italian-flavoured breadcrumbs 
°2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 
°Cooking spray


Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Greased 9×13 inch baking dish with cook spray.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken and broccoli.
In a small bowl, mix the soup, milk and lemon juice. Add this to the chicken and broccoli and stir to combine.
Spreading mixture equally in greased baking dish.
Sprinkling with grated cheddar. Mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan together and sprinkle evenly over the top of the pan.
Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
