Grandma's Custard Style Rice Pudding


°4 egg
°3/4 c Domino's sugar
°3 c McArthur milk
°1 cup Land O' Lakes heavy cream
°2 teaspoons vanilla
°1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
°3 c cook, cool rice )
°1 cup raisins


Preheat oven 350 degrees F.

Beat eggs and sugar together. pour in milk and cream & mix well. Adding vanilla & cinnamon & mix well. Adding rice & raisins and stirring to combine. Pour blend into  buttered gratin dish.

Placing filled casserole in  baking dish. Add about 2 inches of water to the larger pan (or enough to fill about half the side of the rice pudding dish). This method will help the pudding have a custard-like texture.

Bake for 30 minutes. Stir gently. Bake for an additional 30 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Serve hot.
