HOW TO MAKE YEAST WHEELS?


1/4 cup warm not hot water, dissolve a sachet of yeast.
Once dissolved, add 1/4 cup softened butter, 1/4 cup sugar and one egg, mix.


Then add 3 1/2 to 4 cups flour, knead (I use the attachment on my Kitchenaid) a greased bowl, cover rises until doubled, punch shape lets rise again.

Baking 400 degrees 12 to 14 min brush with melt butter.
