*INGREDIENTS:

°470 g. Boneless chicken breasts, I cut into 1 inch cubes.
°8 red potatoes, I peel and cut to 1/2″ cubes.
°1/3 C. Olive oil.
°2 tablespoons of garlic powder.
°2 tbsp. Hot sauce, you can add more if you like it so HOT.
°1 tablespoon of paprika.
°2 teaspoons of salt.
°1 tsp black pepper.
+FOR GARNISH :
°2 C.fiesta blend cheese.
°1 C.green onion.
°1 C.bacon bits.   

* Methods :

Step 1:
I preheated oven 400°F. And I spray bottom a 9.13′′ baking plate with cook spray.
2nd step:
I mixed the olive oil with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika and hot sauce in a large bowl.
Step 3:
I added the chicken and cubed potatoes and toss to coat.
Step 4:
I carefully place the potatoes and chicken in the lined baking dish.
Step 5:
I baked for 55-60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes, until they were fried, crispy and golden on the outside.
Step 6:
When potatoes are cooking, I fried bacon, for half pound.
Step 7:
Once fully cooked, I removed the potatoes and chicken from the oven.
Step 8:
And I placed the cheese, fried bacon and green onion over the fried potatoes.
Step 9:
After that, I put the casserole back in the oven and baked for another 5 minutes or until the cheese was melted. A fantastic hot and filling weeknight meal that is quick to cook and put on the table,
