*Ingredients
° 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
° 1 small onion, chopped
° 5 well beaten eggs
° 10 ounces spinach, chopped
° ¼ tsp salt
° ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
° 3 cups muenster cheese, grated
* Instructions :
FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*
Grease a 9 inch pie plate
SECOND STEP:
Heat vegetable oil in fry pan
Adding onions & cook to they become translucent
THIRD STEP:
Stir in spinach and sauté until spinach is softened
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, salt and pepper and muenster cheese
FOURTH STEP:
Adding spinach & onion blend
Mix well and place in the pie pan
FIFTH STEP:
Baking for 30 min or to eggs are set
Letting stand 10 minutes before serve
