Chicken-pot-pie



*Ingredients:

°1 c potato, diced
°1 c onion, diced
°1 c celery, diced
°1 c carrots, diced
°1/3 cup melted margarine
°1/2 cup flour
°2 cups chicken broth
°1 tsp salt
°1/4 tsp pepper
 ° 4 c chicken, cooked / chopped
°2 pie crust

* Steps:

Preheat oven 400°F. Browning onion, celery, carrots & potatoes in margarine for 10 min.
Adding flour to sautée mix, stir well, cooking for 1 min, stir constantly. Blending broth . Stir to vegetable mix.
Cooking on medium heat, stir constantly, to thick & bubbly.
Stirring in salt & pepper; adding chicken & stir well.
Pour to a shallow 2-quart casserole plate & topping with pie crusts.
Baking about 30 to 40 min
