Cheesesteak Eggrolls 😍


°1 tsp vegetable oil 1 onion
°1 pack (12.5 ounces) frozen sandwich steak meat
°1 pack (14 ounces) spring roll wrap
°4 tranches American cheese
°2 c oil 
°1/4 c ketchup

* Methods 

Heat skillet with tsp of oil on medium heat.
Adding onion; cooking & stirring to onion is translucent, for 5 minutes.Break frozen steak pieces to skillet; cooking & stir until steak is no longer pink, about 11 min. Removing from heat & set apart.
Organize the egg roll wrappers on flat surface; place half a slice cheese on each.
Spread an equal amount of steak mixture on each slice of cheese. Roll the spring rolls according to the instructions on the package and seal the edges by wetting them with water if necessary.
Heat 1 inch of oil in a large skillet or preheat a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Frying rolls in hot oil until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Removing; Draining on paper towels. Serve hot with ketchup for dipping
