* ingredients :
°200g carrots
°3 eggs
°75 gm brown sugar
°75 grams of grease
°170g T55 Wheat Flour
°1/2 tsp. ground ginger
°2 sprays Fleur de Sel
°1/2 tsp. Cinnamon coffee
°1 c. coffee yeast
°70 grams butter

°80 grams icing sugar
°A few drops of lemon juice
°2 oranges

Preheat oven to 180 ° C .
Wash, peel and grate the carrots.

Add flour, salt, spices and baking powder and mix.
Melt the butter and add it.
Pour the dough into the cake mould. Using the knife, make a kind of groove in the middle of the cake lengthwise so that it develops harmoniously.
Bake at the bottom of the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 160°C. Cook for 55 minutes - 1 hour. Check cooking with a knife blade, it should come out dry and hot.
Leave it to cool in the mold and loosen it.
Cream preparation
When decorating, mix icing sugar with a little lemon juice to get a white, semi-liquid dough.
Distribute the decorating cream evenly on the cake.
Small diamond cut from orange. Arrange them on the ice.
Leaves shape with two very small verbena leaves.
