CORNBREAD




* Ingredients: 6 people.

°225 gm corn flour
°225 grams wheat flour
°15 grams of baking powder
°4 tablespoons. a teaspoon of sugar
°35 cl of milk
°2 eggs
°30 grams butter
°1 c. Teaspoon salt

* Preparation:

1.
Preheat oven to 5 (150°C).
2.
Blend flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. Melt the butter over a low heat and set it aside.
3.
Beat eggs with a fork in a bowl. We add them with melted butter and milk to the flour. Mix well.
4.
Butter a square or rectangular mold. Pour in preparation.
5.
Bake for 25 minutes. Check for doneness with a knife.
6.
Let cool before serving or slicing.
