Peanut Butter Fudge

This simply peanut butter dish is  quick recipe that offers incredible balance between sweet & salty. It's creamy & smooth  and great for holidays, especial occasions, or only because!

° 4 c sugar
° 1/2 c butter
° 1 (12 oz) can milk evaporated
° 1 (7 ounce) jar cream marshmallow cream
° 1 c peanut butter
° 1 1/2 tsp vanilla pure extract

1. In heavy-bottomed 4 liter saucepan, on heat, adding butter (melt slightly) before adding sugar & milk evaporated. Stirring to mixture begins to boil. Reduce the heat to medium and continue to stir until the candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees Fahrenheit (about 8-9 minutes).

2. Remove from fire. Using a spoon greased with butter or oil, begin adding the marshmallow cream and peanut butter, one full spoon at a time, to the hot sugar mixture. Stir between adding with a large wooden spoon until well blended. Add vanilla extract. stir well.

3. Directly pour peanut butter fudge inttoo prepared 13 * 9 foil-lined dish. Cold fudge on cooling rack about 2-3 h .

4. Removing fudge from dish. Wrapping it  foil or plastic wrap & store in an  container airtight.
