Coconut Lemon Cake



* Ingredients:

° 1 1/2 c self-raising flour
° 1/2 c coconut
° 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
° 1 cup fine sugar
° 125gm melted butter
° 2 eggs
° 1 cup milk

* Methods :

Heat the oven to 180°C. Grease a round cake pan with a depth of 20 cm.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well with a wooden spoon until mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake for 40 minutes.
