THE BEST HOMEMADE PANCAKES

Here's how we make the finest handmade fluffy pancakes possible. This simple recipe produces pancakes that are light and fluffy, and it only requires a few basic ingredients that you most likely already have in your kitchen.

We like recipes that are straightforward and fail-proof, and this pancake recipe is just that. Easy to prepare and we're willing to bet you already have all of the ingredients on hand to get started right now. Using only fresh ingredients, these pancakes are light and fluffy, and they are prepared completely from scratch. They are not too sweet and are flavored with vanilla, which makes them even more delectable. These are simple to customize – try mixing in a handful of berries, almonds, or chocolate chips to the dough before baking.

In the past, we relied on pre-made mixtures from a box. That is no longer the case. While boxed mixes are convenient, we already have everything we need to create excellent pancakes right in our kitchen. We finally waved goodbye to the boxed mix and haven't looked back. This dish is simple to prepare! The pancakes aren't too sugary, and the vanilla flavor is just a faint undertone. They are wonderful, and they can be readily modified to any ingredients you happen to have on hand. Let's get this done!

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

• 125 grams.Of all-purpose flour.

• ¾ Glass.Of milk.

• 2 Large spoons.Of white vinegar.

• 2 Large spoons.Of melted butter.

• 2 Large spoons.Of white sugar.

• 1 small spoon.Of vanilla extract.

• 1 small spoon.Of baking powder.

• ½ small spoons.Of baking soda.

• ½ small spoons.Of salt.

• A whole egg.

Quick and easy to make, these pancakes are a hit with the kids! They are excellent for children (if you read the testimonials, you will see that many of our readers create them with their children, and in some cases the children themselves make them!) To make them, just follow these simple instructions:

• 1st Step – In a small bowl, combine the milk and vinegar and set aside for 10 minutes to "sour."
This is an essential step, and it is referred to as "soured milk," which is distinct from the term "sour milk." I promise that you will not detect any vinegar flavor in the finished product. Make a mental note to put it away.

• 2nd Step – In a large mixing basin, combine the dry ingredients. In a separate smaller dish, mix together the soured milk, egg, vanilla, and melted butter until well combined.

• 3rd Step – And now, mix until most of the lumps are gone, but DO NOT OVER BEAT THE INGREDIENTS!!!

• 4th Step – Because the batter will be thick, don't add any additional liquid to thin it down, and allow the batter to rest unattended for ten minutes!!

• 5th Step – After 10 minutes, you will see bubbles in the batter; you mustn't stir the batter again.

• 6th Step – At this step, half a cup of batter should be gently dipped out (do not spill out) and placed on a greased grill or frying pan to cook.

• 7th Step – Using a spatula, carefully turn the pancake over and cook it on the other side until the bubbles form on the pancake's surface.

To personalize them, there are a variety of options available to you. Alternatively, you may come back and discuss what worked for you. We'd be interested in hearing about it. Have a good day!!
