Pillsbury's-Crescent Roll Taco Bake




A friend of mine shared this Crescent Roll Taco Bake recipe, and I've made it monthly since then. Guests always comment on the delicious crust as well as the delicious filling and crunchy toppings.

* ingredients :

° 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll
° 2 cups corn flakes, divided
° 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
° 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
° 1 taco seasoning
° 1 cup sour cream
° 1 cup cheddar cheese
° Optional: diced avocado, diced tomatoes, lettuce and cilantro

* Directions : 

Preheat oven 350 degres. Spread the crescent dough into a rectangle. Press the bottom and 1 inch up the greased 13x9-in sides. baking dish. Welds and holes. Sprinkle 1 cup of potato chips. Sit aside.
In a skillet, cooking meat on medium heat to the pink color disappears;  Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Brings to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Put the potatoes with the spoon. Cover with sour cream, cheese and the remaining chips.
Bake, uncovered, until crust is lightly brown, 25-30 minutes. Garnish with optional extras, if desired.
