*OLD-FASHIONED-BEEF STEW RECIPE*

When it comes to frozen foods, old-fashioned pork stew is set as accurate as it gets.

It's delicious, spicy and full of veggies, it's really flexible and clean to put together.

* ingredients :

° 2.2 kg of ground pork
° 1 tomato
° Three inexperienced peppers
° 1 pink pepper
° Pinch of salt and pepper
° three islands
° Garlic to taste
° 1 cup of white wine
° Ginger spray
° Cinnamon pinch
° basil spray
° olive oil

* to prepare :

We warm the oil and garlic while we chop the vegetables that we can use to assemble a traditional veal broth.
Once the meat is sliced, we seal the meat inside the warm oil and load in the vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.

When we see that the vegetables are soft to the touch, we load a jug of white wine and let it evaporate for a few seconds on low warm. Add a pinch of ginger to the meat broth, season with salt and pepper if it's too warm, add the basil and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.Cover the pot and simmer for 40 minutes. The last cooking time usually varies according to each person's preference. I decide to cook on low heat because this technique melts inside the mouth and takes on extra flavour.

Enjoy !
