*Loaded steak Quesadillas*




Loaded Quesadillas  Philly Cheese Steak Quesadillas are filled with beef and melted cheese, put in a soft tortilla, and fried until crisp.This quesadilla recipe is perfect for a 30-minute hearty lunch or light dinner.We like the classic Philadelphia cheese steak, which is fun and easy to add to quesadillas.Quesadillas can be frozen well and leftovers can be reheated. 

This is a great cooking recipe.We like to serve Mexican tacos with taco soup and pico de gallo.

* ingredients :

° 1 pound steak (455 g)
° 2 tablespoons olive oil
° salt to taste
° pepper to taste
° 1 teaspoon chili powder
° 1 teaspoon cumin
° 1 onion cut into slices
° 4 garlic cloves, sliced
° 3 bell peppers, sliced
° 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
° 1 tablespoon butter
° 4 large tortillas
 ° 2 cups of Mexican cheese (200 g)
° guacamole
° sour cream
° salsa

* To prepare :

Season steak with olive oil / salt, /  pepper, chilli powder & cumin.Fry on medium heat over high heat for about 3 minutes on each side.
Leave steak rest about 10 min .
While steak is resting, saute onions & garlic to slightl translucent. Add paprika, jalapeno, salt and pepper and cook slightly.
Cut the steak into slices.
Mix steak wiith pepper mixture . Removing Froom fire & set apart .
In skillet, melt butter.Put the tortillas in a buttered pan, add cheese, fajitas, and more cheese, then place the tortillas on top and cover with a lid.
Flip quesadillas & cooking other side to golden.
Removiing from skillet & cutting to quarters OR eighths. Renew these steps with rest tortillas.
Serve directly with sour cream, salsa & guacamole.
