* You will need:

° Dough wafers: 2 (for 9 pies)
° Egg: 1 (scrambled)
° Peaches: 5 c (peel  & cho)
° Fresh lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
° All purpose flour: 1/2 cup
° Sugar: 1 cup
° Cinnamon: half a teaspoon
° Nutmeg: 1/4 teaspoon
° Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
° Butter: 2 tablespoons
* Directions :
Begin by preheating oven 450°F (230°C) & then covering a 9° pan with  pastry crust.Then you take a big bowl and put it on the peaches.Immediately drizzle with lemon juice and stir gently.

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in another bowl. Next you have to pour over the peaches and mix gently and then pour into a pie crust and sprinkle with butter.

Then cover and fold the contour under the edge of the lower shell with another test roll.

Use your fingers or a fork to press on the shell to secure the two layers together.Brush the cake with the remaining scrambled eggs.Make a few cuts in the center of the crust to let the steam dissipate.

 time cooked, baking for 10 minutes.If necessary, reduce the temperature to 350 °F (180 °C).Do not stop baking until the crust is golden brown and the filling has been cooked through the groove in the center of the crust. It will take another 30 to 35 minutes.

 You may want to cover it with foil in the middle of the baking process if the edges of the pie are baking too quickly.Always remember to let it cool before serving.I always like this cake when it is hotter than heat.

Enjoy !
