Fresh Broccoli Salad


This fresh and vibrant broccoli salad recipe consists of a tangy creamy dressing, crunchy bacon, chewy raisins, crunchy almonds, and delicious red onions. tasting! This is the perfect recipe for bringing summer food to life and even making a great side dish during holiday dinners. 

* Ingredients :

° 2 heads of broccoli (pink florets cut into bite-size pieces (discard stems))
 °8 ounces bacon (cooked and coarsely chopped)
 ° 8 ounces cheddar cheese (inch cubes)
 ° 1 small onion (finely chopped)
 ° for decoration
 ° 1 cup mayonnaise
 ° Half a cup of granulated sugar
 ° 3 teaspoons white vinegar

* Directions :

In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheese, and onion.
In a bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar together. Also toss the sauce over the broccoli mixture together until everything is evenly coated.

Broccoli salad can be served straight away, but it tastes better if you cover it and put it in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
