CHEESY GARLIC GREEN BEANS

Cheese-baked green beans are roasted until golden and caramelized, then baked with two cheeses on top.

 For example, this creamy potato and broccoli cheesy casserole is so delicious and comforting that you'll always be craving for more. Also, ricotta-stuffed spinach crusts are another delicious dinner that will easily feed the whole family.

Cheesy Baked Green Beans is a classic side dish that's never missed on the holiday table. It's made with everyday ingredients mixed with minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese. Then quickly bake in the oven until bubbles.

* Ingredients:

° 1 pound (500 g) green beans, ends trimmed
° 1/4 cup olive oil
° 2 tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan cheese
° 1 tablespoon minced garlic (or 4 minced garlic cloves)
° 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
° 1/4 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
° 1 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

* Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking tray with a little non-stick cooking oil spray.
Arrange the green beans on the baking tray in a single layer. Sit aside.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle the oil mixture over the green beans and toss to coat evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes, until vibrant and fluffy.
Take it out of the oven and put mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven and grill (or broil) until cheese is melted and golden (about 4-5 minutes).

Enjoy !
