A bowl of KFC Original Recipe Chicken has a nostalgic charm. Since most of us didn't have parents who were able to fry chicken at home while we were growing up, KFC became a special occasion snack. It wowed us with its salty, greasy, hot, and flavorful crust at block parties, Fourth of July festivals, and end-of-season soccer tournaments. You'd wind up with the one at the bottom of the bucket, drained of its extra crispy skin by someone with a voracious appetite, if you didn't get a bite early enough, also known as the saddest thing ever.

While it requires many ingredients, KFC's chicken isn't any more complex than most fried chicken recipes. Flour and spices are mixed together to make the tasty coating. KFC does not brine their chicken before frying it, as far as we can say. After conducting side-by-side experiments, we discovered that the only way to make chicken as juicy as KFC's was to marinate it in buttermilk.

The buttermilk tenderizes the meat, and the addition of an egg to the mix provides a better shape for the breading to conform to later.

– A whole chicken, use a medium-sized one, cut it into 8 pieces.

– 1 Tbsp.Of red pepper.

– 1 Tbsp.Of table salt.

– 1 Tsp.Of garlic powder.

– ¼ Cup.Of water.

– Oil, for frying.

– Flour, for packing.

You must take all of the measures below to cook chicken on your way to KFC:

—Step 1: To begin, you need to wash the chicken with water, white vinegar, lemon juice, and flour, then slice it into 8 equal pieces. I used a medium chicken.

—Step 2: Then I put the chicken in a big bowl with a quarter cup of water and coated it with all the spices.

—Step 3: Following that, I steeped the chicken in the refrigerator for at least two hours to ensure that the spices were well absorbed.

—Step 4: Then, I coated each piece of chicken with flour, and dipped it in water, and then returned it into flour.

—Step 5: At this step, I heated the vegetable oil in a deep pot for around 3 minutes over high heat.

—Step 6: Then, I reduced the heat and waited for 10 to 15 minutes for it to brown well, and I served it hot with brown rice and salads.

Simple and fast to prepare like at the baker’s: surprise your guests by making your baked bread, so delicious and crisp, for memorable meals. This baked bread is still a family tradition and can be easily produced with this perfect recipe my grandmother gave me. Making bread is better than you thought! I like kneading bread, but it's as easy as kneading bread that's homemade. Bread is so rewarding to bake and taste better than supermarket purchased!

I'm so happy to share my Mum's Perfect Bread Recipe with you today! I can't believe I haven't placed her recipe on the blog yet. I'm terrified to make bread, but I knew it was time to do it. I had many memories of when the bread was baking and the delicious scent filled the kitchen. It went as far as it might have gone. This bread turned out to be good as I recall it. It's completely fluffy and reminds me of our beloved toast, Grandma Sycamore!

Let me explain; I'm on my way to tell you that if I succeed, you will, too, Definitively!!!!
Don't let the homemade bread scare you. I've added my best tips and techniques for you to get the best handmade version every time.

• 500 grams.Of bread flour.
• 10 grams.Of Baker's yeast.
• 2 large spoons.Of olive oil.
• Salt, I used 10 grams.
• Water.

• Step 1 - In a small bowl, we combined the baker's yeast with salt, and I added in a small amount of lukewarm water, to dissolve the two ingredients.

• Step 2 - Next, we placed the flour and the well's outline on the work surface, and we combined the yeast mixture with the olive oil and mixed it in.

• Step 3 - Gradually we added the lukewarm water until the dough comes together in a ball that does not adhere to the palms.

• Step 4 - And we allowed air to join the dough by kneading, and we arranged the dough and protected it in a bowl with a piece of cloth.

• Step 5 - We allowed it to rest for 3 hours in a room with a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. The bread dough grows as it rises.

• Step 6 - We took the dough and kneaded it on a flour-dusted table, and formed the bread dough into a ball, and put it on a floured baking sheet.

• Step 7 - After that, we covered the bread with the cloth once more and set it aside for around an hour. meanwhile, we preheated the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

• Step 8 - The bread would bubble back up to its original size. Draw slits in the bread before putting it in the oven. The cooking time is 40 minutes.

• Step 9 - When the bread was finished, flip it over and make sure the bottom isn't too sticky.

This baked bread is for you, even though you've never made homemade bread or played with yeast before. It's the ideal novice recipe since it just calls for a few ingredients and doesn't necessitate the use of any special pans or mixer. Enjoy IT!
